i know its a bit late but just wanted to share my solution i was having the same problem as you guys I tried all of the solutions in this thread nothing worked then i downloaded and installed windows sp 1(different packages depending upon your OS and architecture 64 or 32) install it, restart pc, uninstall all vc runtimes, restart pc, install vc 15 and it will work Microsoft Visual C 1519 Redistributable Package (x86) Microsoft Visual C 1519 Redistributable Package (x64) Reboot the computer Reinstall the Security Agent For the steps on how to install the Security Agent, refer to the article Security Agent installation methods
